Sport Basics : The Prevention Program for More Power and Less Injury
“ Sport Basics ” is a prevention program for football, handball, basketball, volleyball, floorball and other sports.
The program consists of 6 basic exercises («Basics») and 4 additional exercises («Basics Plus»). With these additional exercises you train those regions of the body that are particularly at risk in ball sports. With regular use, you can reduce the risk of injury and at the same time increase your performance. The exercises were developed by Kerstin Warnke, specialist for orthopedic surgery and sports medicine (SGSM).
Note: After the installation, a video package of approx. 25 MB is reloaded. In order to avoid long download times or high download costs, the download of the video package is only recommended if a Wi-Fi access is availed. If there is no Wi-Fi access during the installation of the application, the video download can be skipped and followed up at a later date.
