To upgrade to Skilled Stylist, you'll need 600 daily wishes total. Since you can only get 500 per day, this means you'll need to play the game for at least two days in order to meet this requirement. Your bike will stay in any same place you leave it, so make sure to bring it around with you if you want quick access to it. There's no way to summon your bike directly from your current location, like how you can typically summon mounts in MMOs.
To get a new bike, you can visit a whimcycle rental and pay the 200 Bling fee to get a new one. At this point, the bike you already have will despawn and you'll instantly get a new ride.
