Quart! Resource Pack 1.17/1.16.4 was a joke at the beginning, with the initial main goal being the lightest package ever. However, in this stupid idea, a gem was born. With most of the textures done in 4×4, making the package so light that even a PC built in the 2000s can run Minecraft. However, the decrease in resolution does not automatically translate into terrible graphics, but rather a beautiful and unique aesthetic atmosphere. To fully describe what Quart is, we can say it's like a powerpuff girl (strangely I know), but they are all produced by wrong experiments, but they succeed in turning into something incredible.
