Send the City of Madrid Notes Incidents in Public Spaces.

Mobile application of the Citizenship Service of the City of Madrid (Madrid Line), for the sending of notices and requests on incidents in public roads and spaces and green areas of the municipality of Madrid.

Once the application is downloaded and installed, it is necessary to register by entering basic contact data.

To send a notice, the process is very simple and summarized in 4 steps:

Step 1: Capture an image with the mobile device of the notice you want to send.

Step 2: Locate the direction of the warning on the map.

Step 3: Choose the type of warning to be sent, which appears on the list.

Step 4: Enter a brief description of the notice and send it.

Once sent, the application will assign a warning number.

When the notice has been resolved by the Madrid City Council, the application notifies it.

You can consult the status of the notices sent through the "My Notices" option.
