Spirit Yoga was founded in 2004 by Patricia Thielemann and her husband Brian Kapell in Berlin. With Spirit Yoga Patricia Thielemann not only created the most beautiful yoga studios in the city, but also developed her own yoga style. Spirit Yoga conveys the old tradition of yoga in a real -life, free -spiritual and lively way of modern people of today. Transforming, healing, challenging and meditative at the same time, this style, shaped by the Power Vinyasa Flow, beats a bridge between the traditional and the yoga, which is influenced west.

The physical exercises flow into each other and are associated with powerful, deep breathing.

It is characteristic of the Spirit Yoga style its dynamics and precision.

Spirit Yoga offers the opportunity to target the challenges of everyday life. Yoga becomes a source of strength that is available at any time, provides inspiration and provides new energy.

Spirit Yoga is suitable for everyone and can be learned and practiced regardless of age and previous knowledge. The only prerequisite is the willingness to do something good for yourself and to reconcile the need to reconcile body, mind and soul.

Spirit Yoga is currently represented with two studios in Berlin-Mitte and Charlottenburg. The regular range of courses comprises around 100 yoga and pilates courses per week (German and English). A special focus is the extensive range of courses for pregnant women and young mothers.

A large number of yoga workshops and retreats and training complement the course offer.

In addition to the "Sunday intensive", a workshop in and Spirit Yoga teachers who take up topics related to yoga, the big, international yoga champions are regularly guests in the Spirit Yoga Studios. Whether Bryan Kest, Ana Forrest, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa or Seane Corn - it is important to us to pass on the various influences and inspiration of these special teachers.

Patricia Thielemann also offers wellness yoga trips. The retreats lead to the most beautiful places in the world, where everyone can get involved in their yoga practice and the innermost themselves, and then step in the light.

In the meantime, Spirit Yoga has grown into one of the largest and most successful yoga schools in Europe with more than 1,500 customers per week.
