SmartVmZ is a digital working environment for (independent) healthcare professionals.

You log in with your personal username and password that you receive for free when you are registered. Via the app you have as a healthcare professional:

• A complete digital working environment for healthcare content (ECD, reports, measurements, etc.), healthcare administration (planning, declaration, etc.) and legal matters (agreements, access to contracted care, etc.).

• You can easily keep your profile up to date and you can search for care providers (self -employed people) to work with in your care team. You will also receive care questions from clients to clients to which you can respond to whether you want to take care of the client.

Suitable for all healthcare professionals who work in the neighborhood nursing (home care). If you are a district nurse, you have your own digital working environment with SmartVmZ , so that you can perform your work in a neighborhood -oriented and independent way.
