First-Time App Users will need to sign up for the Flex Benefits for Zenefits mobile app; you won’t be able to log in using your Zenefits.com username and password. To get started, select “Register”. Have both your employee ID, which is your Social Security number, and your registration ID—which is your Zenefits Card number or employer ID—on hand. If you don’t know your employer ID, you can find it by logging in to your Zenefits dashboard and clicking “Manage” on the card related to your claim.
With the Flex Benefits for Zenefits mobile app you can:

• View recent transactions and transaction details
• View alerts
• Call or email Zenefits support
Version 4.1 improves self-service capabilities by including the following enhancements:
