REMEMBER! This is not a standalone app, it's a theme. You must have TSF Shell Launcher installed to use it.
It works with new version of TSF Shell.
Dark Blue is designed to look best on dark or black wallpapers.
Features:

- icon masking - all icons will be themed
- every possible element of the launcher themed
